This elegant 75 m² second-floor apartment offers a refined coastal retreat, complete with a 5 m² balcony perfect for enjoying beautiful sea views over Rabac Bay. The main bedroom features a king-size bed (180×200 cm), while the second bedroom offers two single beds (90×200 cm). The apartment has three modern bathrooms. The open-plan kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, and a coffee machine. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit. Supermarkets in Labin are just a 10-minute drive away.

Reservation, Payment and Cancellation Policy

To secure your stay at Kanat Apartments, a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation price is required. The deposit is payable via bank transfer, according to the instructions provided, and confirms your reservation.

The remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Should your plans change, cancellations made 30 or more days before arrival are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the payment is non-refundable.

Kindly note that all cancellations must be submitted in writing via e-mail.
